Get away from the muggle world for a weekend of magic at McMenamins Kennedy School with the wizard activists of PDXpelliarmus! Celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday with a visit to Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, and Hogsmeade, participate in special games and activities, and enjoy magically-themed food and drink specials in the Great Hall!

The Great Hall will apparate into Kennedy School’s gym, where you’ll be able to sit at your House table and enjoy a cold butterbeer, take your Hogwarts student portrait, and begin the Horcrux Hunt. PDXpelliarmus will be hosting adult and children’s costume contests on both Saturday and Sunday. Friday night will be MOVIE trivia, and Saturday will be BOOK trivia, so study hard!

Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, and Hogsmeade will be open Friday evening through Sunday! Come shop for all your magical needs from local artists and vendors.

Relive the magic of the movies, with ALL EIGHT movies showing in the Kennedy School theater throughout the weekend! Tickets go on sale July 6th at 11am. A portion of movie ticket sales will be donated to Basic Rights Oregon.

Only the movies require a ticket, and the rest of the event is free to attend!
